說是「柯瑞效應」也不為過，這位 NBA 金州勇士隊的當家球星，不僅為球隊創下季賽 73 勝的歷史紀錄，柯瑞 (Stephen Curry) 更為其所代言的 Under Armour ( (US-UA) ) 創下亮麗業績。
媒體《CNNMoney》報導， UA 公布前季財報顯示，海外成長強勁帶動營收同比爆增 30% ；柯瑞穿著代言球鞋上場征戰，更讓 UA 鞋類銷售同比成長高達 64% 。UA 執行長 Kevin Plank 也讚揚柯瑞的功績，並稱柯瑞打出不凡的一季，讓 UA 的鞋類銷售表現開出紅盤。
根據財報顯示， UA 首季營收為 10.477 億美元，略優於市場預期的 10.4 億美兒童科學玩具元。此外，UA 也上調財測，預期全年銷售將大幅成長 26% 至 50 億美元，此前目標則為 49.5 億美元。
華爾街也感受到柯瑞的魅力，週四 (21日) 股價勁揚 6.78% ，盤中漲幅一度來到 8% ，年初至今也有 13% 的漲幅。
相對來看，運動品牌一哥 Nike ( (US-NKE) ) 當初讓柯瑞離開，則顯得策略上出現重大錯誤。 Nike 今年股價已下跌 3.5% ，前季營收雖上漲 8% ，但仍受到強勢美元與 UA 競爭的打壓。
投資人也壓寶柯瑞效應將持續延燒 (儘管腳傷讓柯瑞缺席季後賽第 1 輪第 2 場賽事) ，而 UA 將於秋季推出新一代柯瑞戰靴 Curry Three，預料屆時將再捲起新旋風。
